Hershey Area Art Association(HAAA)
is proud to announce the scholarship award amount, $1000,
will be awarded to
Madeline Gotshall.
Madeline Gotshall will be graduating from Lower Dauphin High School this spring and will continue her studies in art at
Kutztown University majoring in Art Education.
After graduating from Kutztown, she looks forward to returning to the area and sharing her love for art with the community.
The Scholarship award will be presented at the HAAA monthly meeting on
Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

Gabriella Everest
is the recipient of the
2016 HAAA Art Scholarship $750 Award.
Gabriella (Gabby) is a graduate Lower Dauphin High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Lebanon and Harrisburg campus this past year where her artwork was juried into the both HACC Student Honors Shows and appeared in the HACC Wildwood Journal. The fall of 2016 she will attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania, College of Fine Arts, where she will continue her studies toward a Bachelors in Art Education.
Gabby, who has been drawing "from the first moment I was given a box of crayons," worked three summers as an organizer of arts and crafts programs
with the South Hanover Summer Recreation Program.
She looks forward to teaching young children to "use their imaginations to its fullest extent."

Meghan Tranauskas
as the recipient of the 2013 HAAA Art Scholarship. Meghan was selected from an exceptional pool of candidates from both Dauphin and Lebanon Counties.
Meghan shares her artwork at the May 14th HAAA meeting, where the 2013 Scholarship was presented by HAAA president Ev Schnader.
