Art rotations every two months

Opportunity for Multiple Artists to exhibit your art

  • Apr 12 (Friday), - Jun 10, 2024 (Monday)

  • Jun 10, (Monday) - Aug 10, 2024

  • Aug 10, - Oct 12, 2024

  • Oct 12, - Dec 14, 2024

  • Dec 14, - Feb 8, 2025

    Location: Hershey Library, 701 Cocoa Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033

******* NO FEE TO EXHIBIT YOUR ART *******

  • Each HAAA member can exhibit 3 to 5 pieces of art and can have a short bio with their art.

  • MUST PRE-REGISTER TO EXHIBIT PRIOR TO HANG DATE

    • If more artists register for a certain time period – chair will randomly pick artists.

    • Artists drop off rheir art between 10:00 and 10:30 AM at the Gallery Hallway.

  • All artwork is required to properly meet HAAA Show Guidelines, artists selling art need a valid PA sales tax license, and will remit 20% of any sales to the HAAA scholarship fund at PO Box 654 Hershey PA 17033.

  • Art must be family friendly.

  • Please use the HAAA tags found on this website.

Next Exhibit Tentative Start Date: Saturday October 10, 2020 Noon to 1:00 PM

Your art will hang until the next rotation date of December 12, 2020,

No Hanging Fees!

All artwork must be properly wired for hanging and meet HAAA Show Guidelines. 

Art must be family friendly.

Please use the HAAA tags found on this website. Artists are responsible for sending a 20% sales commission to HAAA at PO Box 654 Hershey PA 17033.

Due to renovations at the Library, the art rotations are on hold until Spring of 2020

Exhibit Start Date:   Saturday Oct. 12, 2019

Please bring new work, or old favorites!  This work will hang until January 18,, 2020

All art needs to be family friendly!

All work needs to be dry.

LIBRARY ART REMOVAL

Take Down date for the Hershey Library Art Exhibit:   July 28.  If you cannot make this date, you may remove your art work earlier….Please inform Marie Gamon or Wendy Craig if you take your work our earlier. 

Wendy will be there on the 28th to ensure that all the art work has been picked up.  If you are unable to pick up your work Please make arrangements with a friend before the 28th
